Giving Up Social Media for Lent?

With almost 250 million Christians in the United States, most part of churches that observe Lent, there are millions of people observing Ash Wednesday today. For any not familiar, Lent is a 40-day period of reflection, repentance, moderation, spiritual discipline and fasting. Followers usually sacrifice something for this period.
